Revo Property Pay, a leader in ePayments solutions for the property industry, has launched a mobile platform which enables residents to easily make HOA dues or rent payments from any device without having to download a separate application. Currently, 30% of payors enter Revo Property Pay’s web-based system on their tablet or smartphone – a percentage that has steadily increased each month.
“As more consumers use smartphones and tablets to make payments, they have come to expect an experience tailored for their device,” said Mike Corbera, CEO of Revo Property Pay. “We opted to deliver a mobile payment solution that recognizes the residents’ device and delivers the best possible experience, rather than create another app for payors to download and manage.”
According to a recent study by Pymnts.com, the number of mobile payment users in the U.S. is expected to reach 75.7 million by the end of 2015, a figure forecasted to increase by 20% in 2016 — reaching 90.7 million users.
Revo Property Pay’s mobile platform also allows residents to check payment histories, set up recurring payments, make updates to their account and contact customer service.
